Griffin Davidson
Griffin Davidson is an M&A professional focused on helping owner-operators in the home services, construction, and retail sectors achieve successful business transitions. As an Associate at Options2Exit, he works directly with founders to manage the entire sell-side process, from financial preparation and valuation through diligence, negotiation, and closing.
Before joining Options2Exit, Griffin worked at a boutique investment bank serving lower-middle-market companies. There, he completed multiple full business sales across plumbing, roofing, windows, and wholesale distribution businesses. His experience spans client management, due diligence, and financial modeling, with a particular strength in simplifying complex or disorganized financials and turning them into clear, buyer-ready presentations that withstand private-equity scrutiny.
Known for staying calm in high-pressure situations, Griffin helps owners and buyers navigate negotiations with clarity and confidence. He takes pride in recasting financials to show founders the true performance of the businesses they built; often revealing just how much value their hard work has created.
Entrepreneurship runs deep in Griffin’s family; both of his grandfathers built and ran their own companies, and his great-grandfather founded and sold Iowa Beef Packing, one of the nation’s most successful food enterprises of its time. That legacy instilled a respect for founders who build from the ground up and a commitment to helping them realize the full value of what they’ve built.
Griffin earned his degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and recently relocated to Florida, where he supports clients nationwide across the home services and construction industries.
